Permeate

Permeate™ is clear liquid that can be applied to various surfaces from metals to concrete. It solidifies on and below the surface by reacting with moisture in the air. Because of its small molecular weight, it penetrates deep below the surface and root itself very strongly to the surface. UV resistive color pigment can be added to use it as paint with any color of your choice.

Permeate comes in different formulations for different applications. It is manufactured by D&D Corporation in Japan.

High Permeability (small molecular size) allows it to penetrate deep into sub-micron size holes as small as 40nm (1/25th of Micron)
High Adhesive Strength due to its high permeability
Exposure/UV resistance - no degradation/discoloration for over decades (see testing result)
Protects the material from rust, water, gas, acid, salt, degradation & corrosion
Keeps away dirt, graffit, and posters
Paint color will not fade for decades
