Incorporated in the state of Delaware in July 2004, Greenstone Inc. of Delaware is headquartered in Jersey City, New Jersey., just outside of New York City.

Greenstone is in the business of providing a variety of eco-friendly solutions that are primarily used in the building and construction industry. The Company's main product, Green-Dri™ is a revolutionary dry kiln for drying wood and other materials.

Greenstone is also in the chemical business. Greenstone ® GS , offers a "green" solution to protect wood based building materials and other products including lumber, logs, plywood, drywall, window, door, railroad ties, fencing, and utility poles from moisture and fire. Greenstone also imports and distributes Permeate™, a very unique chemical sealer for metal, concrete, and other construction material, and MagneLine ®, a very strong polymer cement mortar to reinforce metal and concrete structures such as bridges and highways.

Currently, Green-Dri is produced in Jersey City NJ., Greenstone GS chemical is produced at the Company's blender location in Memphis, TN. ,Permeate is produced by D&D Corp.in Yokkaichi, Japan, and MangeLine is produced by Magne Corp. in Fukuoka, Japan.
