GreenShield ™ Sealer
TO PROTECT WOOD AND PAPER MATERIAL
GreenShield™, Greenstone's main product, is a proprietary chemical process used to create a composite material on the product it is being applied to. GreenShield can be applied to wood, paper, and many other materials. GreenShield™ creates a solid crystal barrier around the material it's being applied to. The GreenShield™ crystal penetrates through and encapsulates the material at the molecular level inside and outside. The resulting composite material takes on enhanced qualities, including resistance to moisture and water, protecting it from the external environment. The GreenShield process also improves fire resistance and structural strength. This process is pollution free. It does not leave any chemical residue that could ultimately leach into the surrounding environment. |

The microscopic photos above show shaving of Pine untreated and treated with the proprietary GreenShield™ process. Results show that crystal build-up in and around the wood shaving.
GreenShield™ can be sprayed, brushed, or dipped on to any wood or paper based building material, converting it into a composite, at the same time protecting it from water and moisture. Tthe GreenShield process also adds structural strength and fire resistance to the product. When GreenShield™ is being applied it is in a clear liquid state, it then penetrates deep into the material, dries, and cures immediately without any apparent changes to surface texture or color. If desired, various color dyes may also be added. The paint and stain can also be used on the resulting composite material.

Green-Dri™ Biological Dry Kiln
TO DRY WOOD
 
Green-Dri™ is a wood drying machine invented by Mr. Ito of Nippon Funen Mokuzai KK (NFM). Green-Dri utilizes the nature of wood to enable drying speeds up to 5 times faster than today’s available technology. It also maintains the quality of the dried wood, making less culls for warp and checks and it brings out the wood's natural beauty and color.
Key Features:
- Fast drying (requiring smaller kiln)
- Does not destroy wood cells, hence keeping the quality of the original wood (beautiful color)
- All wood portable construction
- Runs on low temperature (between 95 and 110 deg.F)
- Use up to 100 times less energy than other methods available today to dry wood.

Permeate™ is clear liquid that can be applied to various surfaces from metals to concrete. It solidifies on and below the surface by reacting with moisture in the air. It comes in different formulations for different applications. It is manufactured by D&D Corporation in Japan.

TO DETOXIFY ASBESTOS
Crystal-Guard™ is an innovative silicon based chemical used to help manage asbestos problems. It encapsulates asbestos preventing it from releasing harmful fibers into the air.
