H.SAL MIWA, ACTING CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, CHAIRMAN |

Prior to joining Greenstone in 2004, Mr. Miwa was Chief Operating Officer and a Director of RealRead Inc., an online document service provider in New York, San Jose, and Tokyo. The RealRead document service is used by book & magazine publishers and others. He has also been on the Board of Advanced Environmental Recycling Technologies, Inc. (AERT), a NASDAQ listed wood composite decking manufacturer in Arkansas since 1994. Mr. Miwa has served as Chairman of the Board for three years and Vice Chairman for 6 years. AERT's ChoiceDek and MoistureShield decking products are sold throughout Lowe’s 1,500 stores. In addition, he holds board memberships at a number of private corporations around the world. In the past 25 years, he was instrumental in forming several start-up companies in various fields from commercial real estate, to injection mold manufacturing, to importing fiber telecommunication equipment and has successfully managed these companies. Mr. Miwa holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Master Degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.(MIT)

DARRELL KELSOE, CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER, SR.VP., DIRECTOR |

Mr. Kelsoe has been involved in the wood and wood treatment
industries for over 30 years. His experience includes
owning and operating a firm that designed and constructed
wood treatment plants throughout the United States. Mr.
Kelsoe has also been involved in all aspects of the acquisition
and sale of timberland across North America. Through his
experience in various wood related industries, he has
developed personal relationships with industry leaders
including senior executives from International Paper, Louisiana Pacific,
US Borax, and McFarlane Cascade. Initially started as
a curiosity, after several years of active development,
Mr. Kelsoe ultimately created what is now known as GreenStone
technology.

SAL A. CORTORILLO, VICE CHAIRMAN
Mr. Cortorillo brings over 20 years experience in global
banking and finance. Areas of expertise include, business
development, debt & equity financings, structured
finance, credit risk management,
acquisitions, JV’s & IPO’s, and equipment
leasing/asset based finance. He is currently a Principal
and Managing Partner of Lyon Capital, LLC. Lyon Capital
provides merchant banking services to corporations, individuals,
and governments worldwide. Mr. Cortorillo also has experience
in the following industries, manufacturing, telecomm & media, transportation, semiconductor, construction, and
power generation and distribution. Prior to Lyon Capital,
Mr. Cortorillo was instrumental in the U.S. start-up of
an international hi-tech company. He has also held a senior
level credit position at the Hertz Corporation, a global
Fortune company that specializes in vehicle and construction equipment leasing. Mr. Cortorillo holds a Masters Degree
in business administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University
and has studied international business at Wroxton University
in the UK.
MICHAEL TULL
Mr. Tull has over 30 years experience in marketing and
sales to the professional homebuilder’s market.
Currently he is the President of Tull Sales Corporation,
a manufacturer’s representative company representing
several window and door, building material and decking
manufacturers for the southeastern area of the United
States. In addition to several closely held family businesses,
he also serves on the Board of Advanced Environmental
Recycling Technologies, Inc. a NASDAQ listed composite
plastic building material manufacturer in Arkansas and
the Board of Wessex Inc. a fire retardant material technology
company based in Virginia. Until recently, he was also
the Chairman of the National Wild Turkey Federation, a
half million member grassroots, and nonprofit organization
with members in the U.S., Canada and 11 other countries.
JIM TYE
Mr. Tye has over 10 years of Senior Management experience
in Sales and Sales Operations. He began his career in
sales with AT&T in 1987 as an Account executive. Mr.
Tye’s experience over the last 8 years has been
with T.I.C. Enterprises, a national sales and marketing
company specializing in outsourced sales solutions. His
most recent role with T.I.C. was as Executive Vice President
where he developed and ran a sales outsourcing program
on behalf of the United States Postal Service. Annual
client revenues associated with this program exceeded
$100M. His previous responsibilities with T.I.C were to
develop and manage a sales outsourcing program with NUI,
an energy trading, marketing and distribution holding
company located in the northeast and the eventual parent
company of T.I.C. Enterprises. Mr.Tye has a BS in Finance
from the University of Arkansas.

JOHN SQUIRES
Mr. Squires served as President of International Paper - Forest Resources from 1989 through 1991 managing 6.5 million acres of timberland. He also served as General Manager of International Paper Logging and Fiber Supply which was responsible for annual fiber purchasing budge of 2.5 billion dollars. Prior to joining International Paper in 1973, Mr. Squires has owned and operated a pulpwood dealership, logging operation plant and a lumber mill. He was also involved in several forestry and lumber businesses. Mr. Squires has a B.S. degree in Forestry from Louisiana State University.
ROBERT D. LLORENTE, CIE, CMR
Mr. Llorente is the President of ServiceMaster Advantage
Restoration and Cleaning, ServiceMaster Professional Building
Maintenance, and Masterfinish, Inc. These businesses provide
construction, emergency fire and water damage mitigation,
mold remediation and janitorial services to the residential
and commercial marketplace. He has been instrumental in
making these ServiceMaster Clean franchises the largest
in the city of Houston and one of the top 200 in the nation.
Mr. Llorente has over 25 years experience in the construction
and restoration industry. Since 1994 He has been involved
with over 2000 water, fire, mold and other insurance losses
with the largest loss in excess of $500,000.00. He has worked on losses with State
Farm, Farmers, Safeco, Liberty Mutual, Allstate, Zurich,
Travelers, Prudential, Amico, and American National insurance
carriers. He performs expert witness consulting for clients
needing construction and restoration pricing analysis.
He has received certifications from the Indoor Air Quality
Association of Certified Indoor Environmentalist, and
Certified Mold Remediator. Mr. Llorente was on the Texas
Department of Health
Mold Task Force, where he served as the chairman of the
subcommittee for mold remediation. He has recently received
his Six Sigma green belt. He also is a teacher of continuing
educational classes to the insurance industry.
CLIFFORD E. WOODWARD, P.E.,
Mr. Woodward is the President and Principal Consultant
of Peesi Engineering, Inc., an engineering consultation
and insurance investigation firm in Texas. He has 40 years
of experience in a number of core chemical engineering areas including 10 years
experience in chemical forensic analysis. Since 1996 he
has completed more than 700 investigations of water damaged
residential and commercial buildings; schools and hospitals;
and churches and senior care facilities with water damage
and microbiological contamination. He has also conducted
numerous property and casualty insurance loss investigations
for major insurance carriers including State Farm, Travelers,
Farmers, SAFECO, Allstate, CNA, Liberty Mutual, and Alliance.
He has been called as an expert witness a number of cases
in these areas. Mr. Woodward holds a Bachelor degree in
Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science degree in
Nuclear Science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and
State University and also a Master degree in Chemical
Engineering from the University of Houston.
DAVE T.CROW
Mr. Crow is the President of DC Legislative and Regulatory
Services (DCLRS) representing numerous organizations on
a range of issues including biotechnology, pesticides,
fertilizers, agriculture, and energy working with legislative
and executive branch of the U.S. government. Prior to starting DCLRS, Mr. Crow served as vice president
of the Jefferson Group, assistant to the president of
the Fertilizer Institute, deputy executive assistant to
Secretary of Agriculture Jack Block,
deputy to the director of USDA, and legislative assistant
to Congressman E. Thomas Coleman. He also was a member
of President George W. Bush's agricultural transition
advisory team. Mr. Crow served as an officer in the U.S. Navy reserves. He has
made television appearances on Fox Television and frequently
publishes articles on legislative and regulatory issues
in industry trade publications. Mr. Crow holds a master's
degree from the George Washington University in legislative and public affairs and a bachelor's degree
from the University of Maryland in political science and
journalism.
JAMES H.CULP, Ph.D.
Dr. Culp brings over 25 years experience to GreenStone
in starting up, operating, and re-engineering business,
manufacturing, and supply chain activities in the chemicals
and plastics industry. He is a 23-year veteran of the
Dow Chemical Company, where he served in research (power
instrumentation and activated sludge), manufacturing (chlor-alkali
and solvents), supply chain (N.A. polycarbonate & blends), and business development (recycled plastics),
serving in a number of executive posts, including Senior Vice President. At Dow,
among various assignments, Culp was responsible for starting
up and growing subsidiary business units and joint ventures,
including Dow's first chlorine metal anode cell operations
and a $100M Dow environmental joint venture. Since Dow,
Culp served on the Board of Directors of Advanced Environmental
Recycling Technologies, Inc. (AERT), which develops, manufactures
and markets composite building materials and as Senor
Vice President of BChinaB, Inc., the largest US contract
manufacturing firm in China. He has worked to provide
many products with both national and state application
approvals through ASTM, ANSI, CSA, and other testing laboratories. Culp holds a B.S.
in Chemistry from University of Alabama and a Ph.D. in
Chemistry from Texas A & M.
